1. With 18 year of teaching experience under my belt and an added advantage of having raised two schools at different places. I was amply prepared when the chairman gave the challenge. Without hesitation, I said “yes I can do, will do”. I accepted the responsibility of raising and running the school fully aware of the gigantic task ahead. New raising have numerous problem areas peculiar to time bound action plan and organizing wherewithal assumes paramount importance.
2. In consultation with the managing committee of Arya Education Society, it was decided that getting together a team has to be done with utmost care. In selection of teachers, pre-requisite educational qualification being requisite. We searched for the ones who would share our firm belief in the aim and objectives set for us. Only then they could be expected to put in their worth and that extra bit more willingly and voluntarily. WE also kept our eyes wide open to look for potential spelling for growth, team spirit, honesty and integrity. We decided to do whatever it takes to have such a team. With god  grace, we got very near wat we wanted.
3. We are following CBSE pattern in our school. Teaching methodology encourage student participation. Lessons are so organized that the children assimilate what is being taught and they are also enabled to express themselves. Confidence building measures are given due importance. We fully appreciate the importance of close interaction and cooperation between the school and the parents. Our harmonious relationship is already showing results.
4. After the initials hiccups we settled down to a normal and healthy rhythm. On behalf of the management and teachers of the school. I am happy to declare that we are proud of our children. They responded much beyond our expectation. This tiny brigade is going to be our brand ambassador.
5. Every month we have been having extra curricular activities. Our first annual day celebration only 7 months after the raising, was a great success. An art & craft exhibition was also held where the children proudly exhibited their creations in front of their parents and other guests.
6. A lot of deliberation took place while deciding fee structure. Affordability on the part of parents vis-à-vis financial viability for running a good school were serious constraints. A workable via media had to be explored. We also decided that a certain number of children from financially weaker section will be offered financial help, the degree varying from time to time depending upon the financial health of the institution.
7. This is only but the beginning. We have a long way ahead. We know our goal. We have charted our path. We have a well knit , capable and highly motivated team. We are acquiring the much needed infrastructure. We will keep on building on all this. We will roll on with utmost diligence like a well oiled machines. May god blessings continue to be upon us so that we enjoy the growth of our children. Amen!
